How does your program work?
It’s a very simple process:
- You can complete the basic application online on our secure server or we can call and complete the application together
- After we receive the pre-approval in most cases we will need income verified. Once we have the income verified, you are ready to find your purchase or refinance a currently owed unit.
- Once you have negotiated your best deal for your upcoming purchase we can then begin to complete the necessary paperwork.
- Once documents have been signed electronically we will transfer funds to the seller and advise you that your purchase is ready to be picked up.
Can you finance something I am buying from a private seller?
Yes
I was turned down by the dealer for financing. Can you get me financing?
Yes. We have many sources to obtain financing for you, that will have considerably different guidelines for approval. We will exhaust every possibility for you.
I owe more money on my trade-in than it is worth. Can I still get financing?
Yes. We can finance negative equity; it is a very common situation.
